Production, Shipping, and Returns

Our goal is to always provide exceptional customer service and quality products. To better help you understand our processes, we have listed a brief explanation of our design, printing, and shipping process. We at I AM TAMARA GRIFFIN have so much in store for our brands. ***MADE TO ORDER***

Each item in our shop is made to order and are handmade. Therefore, processing/production times will vary. Each listing will have its specific processing time under the item's description. If for any reason your order is time sensitive please reach out to us  FIRST before placing your order to unsure we can accommodate your request. (weekends and holidays are NOT factored into processing/production times.)

 

***PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & TRACKING***

Production/Fulfillment takes 2-7 business days. This DOES NOT include shipping time (which is an estimated 3-7 business days.) Once the item has been handed off to USPS or DHL we no longer have any control of the item and the respective shipping company is now responsible for your item. A tracking number will be provided for all items. In some cases, it may take several days for the tracking to show an update. We have no control over this process, again if you order is TIME SENSITIVE please reach out to us FIRST! 

Please take into consideration that due to COVID-19 shipments on orders placed maybe delayed. We do not have control over shipping delays but you will receive your order. 

 

***RETURNS & EXCHANGES***

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order we cannot accept any returns or exchanges or issue any refunds on any of our items unless it was an error on our part. 

 

***CANCELLATIONS***

Since we strive to start production of items as soon as possible, we do not accept cancellations.

 

***SIZING***

All IAMTAMARAGRIFFIN apparel are unisex and run true to size. Final Sale. 

 

***CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES***

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs. If you would like your order sooner than time frame listed please contact us FIRST so we can discuss your options.  

 

***PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER***

We strive for perfection, but mistakes will sometimes still occur. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and give us an opportunity to make it right.
